Overall I've been quite happy with the performance of the Race-1 and its variants. The canopies have proved to be extremely strong, and the frame and components have been performing really well.
That being said, after lots of crashes and slamming into gates, the arms of the frame can fatigue and fail over time, especially the front arms, as they see most of the frontal crash abuse. I have been quietly widening the arm width by half a millimeter here and there, but I have felt like the arms could still be stronger, as I want the frame to be nearly indestructible.
The solution that I've come up with is to add some bracing and triangulate the arms which has increased the front and rear impact robustness significantly. It is designed in a way that makes it backwards compatible, so all components will fit onto the updated frames. This update will be effective immediately across the Race frame lineup.
